Welcome to ph75. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "you") and ph75 ("ph75," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of ph75.asia and all associated services offered thereunder. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ph75 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ph75 operates an online casino and sports betting platform targeted at the Philippine market. The platform provides access to live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games (collectively, the "Services"). As used throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on ph75.asia under a unique mobile number and username.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the funds held in a User's ph75 account denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a User's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, payment features, and ancillary services available on ph75.asia.
• "Platform" means the ph75.asia website and all associated mobile and web applications.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory body in the Philippines.
• "Real Money Play" means any game session using actual PHP funds from a User's wallet balance.
• "Session" means a continuous period of platform use from login to logout.

By completing the ph75 account registration process, or by using the ph75 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is also implied by any deposit, withdrawal, game participation, or use of any promotional offer available on ph75.

These Terms apply to all Users of ph75 regardless of the device, browser, or method by which the platform is accessed. ph75 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of ph75 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the ph75 platform, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. ph75 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will immediately terminate any account found to belong to an underage person.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay, or you must be a Philippine national authorized to participate in online gaming under applicable Philippine law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or ph75, or any other gaming exclusion list applicable to Philippine players.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by ph75 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing ph75 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

ph75 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility from any User at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for account suspension.

Each individual may only hold one (1) active ph75 account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph75 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be in violation will be terminated without notice.

ph75 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to all ph75 Services — certain game categories or features may be restricted based on account status, verification level, or applicable regulations.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ph75 account credentials, including username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered via SMS. ph75 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

• You must immediately notify ph75 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• ph75 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account sharing with any other person — whether for gameplay or any other purpose — is prohibited.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your ph75 account or any balance therein to another person is strictly forbidden.

ph75 reserves the right to temporarily lock an account upon detection of suspicious login activity, unusual transaction patterns, or potential security breaches, pending investigation. During such periods, access to account funds may be restricted.

All deposits to a ph75 account must be made using payment methods officially supported by ph75. Accepted payment methods as of the effective date of these Terms include: GCash, Maya, PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. ph75 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

• All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100.
• ph75 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the User.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ph75 reserves the right to return any deposit to its source if it cannot be satisfactorily verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Deposits are for the purpose of funding real-money gameplay only. ph75 is not a banking or financial institution and does not hold deposits as savings.

ph75 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual deposit patterns or large transactions may trigger mandatory regulatory reporting and account review procedures. Users are required to cooperate fully with any such review.

Users may submit withdrawal requests for any available real-money balance in their ph75 account, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, or to any verified payment method registered in the User's name.

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. First-time withdrawal requests trigger an automatic KYC verification requirement.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• ph75 reserves the right to impose a 3–5 business day review period on any withdrawal request for security or AML verification purposes.

ph75 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives to registered Users from time to time. Participation in any promotion is voluntary. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms and wagering requirements applicable to that promotion, which are published alongside each offer.

• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be bet before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Real-money balance is wagered first by default unless a User opts otherwise in account settings.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• ph75 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it suspects abuse, exploitation, or any form of bonus fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms.

ph75 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer without notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the ph75 platform. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms before participating.

All games offered on the ph75 platform operate according to the specific rules published within each game and game category. By placing any bet or entering any game on ph75, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable game rules and accept the game's odds, house edge, and return-to-player (RTP) characteristics.

• All bets placed and accepted are final and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after confirmation except where permitted by specific game rules (e.g., cash-out in sports betting).
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, ph75 will resolve the outcome according to the game's published disconnection policy.
• If a game is found to contain a software error that affected bet outcomes, ph75 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player wallets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph75 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating more than one account per person, or registering on behalf of another individual for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or any applicable restrictions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with ph75 Services without human participation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain a financial advantage not intended by ph75.
• Using funds of suspected illegal origin to fund a ph75 account — this includes proceeds from fraud, theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements while minimizing genuine gaming risk.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any ph75 software or game.
• Engaging in any conduct that damages the reputation or operations of ph75, or interferes with the experience of other players on the platform.

ph75 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment only — not as a source of income or financial relief. If gambling begins to negatively affect your personal life, finances, relationships, or mental health, ph75 strongly encourages you to seek help immediately.

• 21+ Age Policy: Only persons aged 21 or older may hold a ph75 account and participate in real-money gameplay. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced through identity verification.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set real-money loss limits per session, per day, per week, or per month. Once a loss limit is reached, gameplay is suspended for the specified period.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use ph75's Intellectual Property without express prior written consent.

• You may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from ph75.asia without authorization.
• Game software provided by third-party providers (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others) is licensed to ph75 and is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property protections.
• The ph75 name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of ph75 and may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, ph75 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph75 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, game malfunction, or internet connectivity failures beyond ph75's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other banks.
• Losses incurred from gambling — all wagers are placed at the User's sole risk and no refund will be issued for lawfully determined game outcomes.
• Any decisions, actions, or omissions of third-party game software providers.

ph75's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

ph75 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on ph75.asia.
• Confirmed underage registration or use of a fraudulent identity.
• Verification of multi-accounting or any form of account fraud.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Directive from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or any competent Philippine regulatory authority.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to dormancy procedures.

Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms), ph75 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Verified real-money balances unrelated to fraudulent activity will be returned to the User's verified payment method after the investigation period, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees or liabilities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their ph75 account may do so by contacting ph75 customer support. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within 5–10 business days of account closure confirmation.

ph75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph75 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and will endeavour to notify active Users via the email address or mobile number registered to their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the ph75 platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with a material change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using ph75 and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph75, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph75's internal complaints procedure by contacting ph75 customer support and providing a clear written description of the dispute. ph75 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.
